My company is based on the northfleet estate and is threatened by the proposals. We have been on this estate for the past 30 years.lf we were forced out the business could not relocate due to no alternative premises around.l wish to make the following objections We are a keyworker business licenced by the department of transport. LRCH have never tried to engage with my company. LRCH have not offered any relocation premises LRCH have never made any offers to my company. We have been in touch with LRCH but they appear to have no intention to talk or make offers about my company.LRCH never in the original NSIP application failed to mention to the planning inspectorate that these estates were there and should reapply for the NSIP.A theme park is not an essential infrastructure project. There is no need for a theme park in this area.LRCH have shown no proof of funding. This is a two generation family business and we had plans to make it a three generation family business. If forced to close the local infrastructure and the local skilled jobs will go with them. Lots of their proposals now were not on original proposals and as such they should have to reapply. The theme park is not wanted or needed in this area due to noise light and traffic pollution
