My company is based on the Northfleet Estates and threatened by the proposals. We have been on these estates for 15 years If we were forced out due to these proposals: • We could move but it would be traumatic and severely damage the business I wish to make the following objections: • LRCH have never offered us any relocation premises • LRCH have never made any offers to my company • A theme park is not an essential infrastructure project, • There is no established need for a theme park • LRCH despite eight years of trying have not yet been able to fund it. • These businesses are critical for the local and developing infrastructure. If they are destroyed, much of the background infrastructure ‘glue’ and skilled jobs will go with them.
