Living not far from Swanscombe Peninsula SSSI, and having witnessed first hand what Greenwich council have allowed to happen to overdevelop Greenwich peninsula to the point that we are constantly trapped in traffic jams and still have a housing crisis as the private developers have built unaffordable flats, and we also have Silvertown tunnel impending. I am wanting to protect the WIldlife at Swanscombe that is so important for the environment. Concerns about extra traffic this proposed development will bring. Worries about increasing pollution. Wanting to keep having access to a beautiful green space. In this overdeveloped borough, it's so important to connect with nature in order to relax and protect mental health. Why a Disney style theme park? when just across the water, easily accessed by ferry or Eurostar train is DisneylandParis we don't need more of this, it's bad enough with the destruction and ecocide that's HS2 is already bringing.
