- The construction of Sizewell C will have an unacceptable impact on the nature conservation and landscape value of the immediate area. This impact cannot be adequately mitigated against elsewhere. 2. An unacceptable impact will also occur to wildlife areas in the vicinity of Sizewell C including Minsmere and other nationally important sites within this Area of Outstanding Beauty. 3. Alternatives to such a massive project should be properly considered including energy conservation measures and alternative green generation. 4. The build infrastructure during the construction phase will permanently negatively affect an area which is supposed to be an A O N B. 5. The long term legacy of nuclear reactors is still unclear - more benign methods of power generation and energy saving should be a top priority.
