EN010012 OUTLINE OF PROPOSED WRITTEN REPRESENTATIONS OF JAMES MICHAEL RICHARDS My representations will comment on: Inappropriate location. Detrimental effect on ecology and wildlife. Danger and disgrace of lengthy “temporary” storage of nuclear waste. Outmoding of nuclear power, in particular nuclear fission. Mode of delivery of construction materials. Effects on the public rights of way system. Necessity for huge planning gains through agreements under s. 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990. My support for arguments made by various groups.
