Dear Sirs, The main points/concerns Sudbourne Parish Council wish to raise are those based on their response to the Stage 4 Consultation submission. The SZC DCO proposal has not adequately addressed the following matters:- 1. Environmental Impact 2. Transport proposals/options 3. Air quality and pollution 4. Economic Impact 5.
