Planning Act 2008 (as amended) Proposal by NNB Nuclear Generation (SZC) Limited I am writing regarding your correspondence sent to the Planning Inspectorate dated 11 December 2019, 13 December 2019 and 5 January 2020 in relation to the above proposals. As we have previously advised, the proposed application by NNB Nuclear Generation (SZC) Limited is at the Pre-application stage of the Planning Act 2008 process. Further information about the process can be found in the link below to the National Infrastructure Planning website: https://infrastructure.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/application-process/the-process/ As the application has not yet been formally submitted to the Inspectorate your first point of contact should be the Applicant and we would encourage you to contact them directly by email: info@sizewellc.co.uk. It is important that the Applicant is made aware of your comments at the Pre-application stage of the process to enable them to consider these points before finalising their proposals and submitting the application to the Inspectorate.
