On 23 December 2022 the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) received a request from Dogger Bank A&B Offshore Wind Farms Limited, to vary the Deemed Marine Licences (DML) contained within Schedules 10 and 11 of The Dogger Bank Creyke Beck Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015 (As Amended)
The MMO has now completed its consideration of the request and, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(3)(d) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, has determined to make the variations as detailed in the attached documents.

The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has today made an Order amending the Dogger Bank Creyke Beck Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015. The Secretary of State’s Decision Letter (PDF, 226 KB) and the Amendment Order (PDF, 75 KB) can be found on the Documents tab.

Following a request from the MMO, the Secretary of State has agreed to extend the deadline for the MMO and Natural England to provide their comments on the Applicant’s response of 8 March 2022. The deadline for receipt of comments is now 23.59 on 13 April 2022.
