A Decision Letter (PDF, 325KB) and Amendment Order (PDF, 354KB) have been issued by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to make a change that is not material to the East Anglia ONE Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014.

Representations received in response to the application for a non-material change to the East Anglia ONE Offshore Windfarm Development Consent Order have been published.

An application for a non-material change to the East Anglia ONE Offshore Windfarm Development Consent Order has been made by East Anglia One Ltd. If you wish to make a representation, this should be emailed to eastangliaone@planninginspectorate.gov.uk.
As a result of ongoing Government guidance relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Planning Inspectorate’s office based at Temple Quay House is now closed and any submissions sent by post may be subject to delay. If you have difficulty in submitting a representation by email, please contact eastangliaone@planninginspectorate.gov.uk or 0303 444 5000 and a member of the Planning Inspectorate’s case team will be able to assist.
Following a request by Natural England, the Secretary of State has agreed to extend the deadline for receipt of representations until 4 June 2021.
