Dear Helen,

Thank you for your email. Further to your previous emails with Jeff, I regret that we have to cancel the meeting on Monday. A number of issues are arising from discussions with several off shore wind farm promoters and we are in the process of clarifying the advice that we given in order that we can provide consistent advice to all promoters. This includes some of the issues set out in your proposed agenda. We therefore feel that it would not be in either our or your interests, or be the best use of everyone's time, to hold the meeting before we have clarified matters.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are keen to rearrange for the meeting early in the New Year.
