Courtesy call to local authorities regarding the relevant representation period - 13 May to 24 June 2013.

Advice given

The Planning Inspectorate contacted the following local authorities by telephone to inform them that the relevant representation period opened on 13 May 2013, and would close on 24 June 2013:

Blackpool Council Cheshire East Council Cheshire West and Chester Council Conwy County Council Flintshire County Council Fylde Council Halton Borough Council Lancashire County Council Powys County Council Shropshire Council Snowdonia National Park Authority Warrington Borough Council West Lancashire Borough Council Wirral Council Wrexham County Borough Council

The Planning Inspectorate also attempted, unsuccessfully, to contact the following local authorties in the same manner:

Denbighshire County Council Gwynedd Council Liverpool City Council Sefton Council

The nineteen Council's were identified using information from superseded iterations of Dong Energy Ltd's proposal which included landfall and connection to the electricity transmission network within its application for development consent.
