ClosedDEADLINE I for the ExA’s receipt of: • Local Impact Reports • Written Representations • Responses to ExA’s first Written Questions • Statements of Common Ground • Comments on Relevant Representations • Any summaries of Relevant Representations exceeding 1500 words • Any summaries of Written Representations exceeding 1500 words • Applicant’s revised draft Development Consent Order (DCO) • Applicant’s clarifications and errata to application documents • Applicant’s matrices to inform the Report on the Implications for European Sites (RIES) • Notification by Statutory Parties to inform the ExA of a wish to be considered an Interested Party
To request of the ExA that a particular type of hearing or visit take place, and to notify of an intention to participate in such a hearing: • Notification of wish to be heard at a Compulsory Acquisition Hearing by Affected Persons • Notification of wish to be heard at an Open Floor Hearing by Interested Parties • Notification of wish to attend the ExA’s inspection of a site to which the application/specific matters relate in the company of Interested Parties (an Accompanied Site Visit (ASV)) – please provide reasons for sites suggested and why an accompanied visit is necessary
