A Decision Letter (227,KB) and Amendment Order (PDF, 75KB) have been issued by the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero to make a change that is not material to the Dogger Bank Teesside A and B Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015.

Representations received in response to the application for a non-material change to the Made Dogger Bank Teeside A and B Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015 (As Amended) Development Consent Order have been published.

On 19 August 2024, the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) received a request from Dogger Bank C Offshore Wind Farms Limited to vary the Deemed Marine Licences (DML) contained within Schedule 8 of The Dogger Bank C Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015 (As Amended).

Following consultation with relevant stakeholders the MMO has now completed its consideration of the request and, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(3)(d) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, has determined to make the variations as detailed in the attached documents.

On 06 November 2023 the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) received a request from Dogger Bank A&B Offshore Wind Farms Limited to vary the Deemed Marine Licences (DML) contained within Schedule 9 of The Dogger Bank Creyke Beck Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015 (As Amended).

The MMO has now completed its consideration of the request and, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(3)(d) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, has determined to make the variations as detailed in the following documents:

On 11 May 2021 the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) received a request from Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm Project 3 Projco Limited to vary the Deemed Marine Licences (DML) contained within Schedules 8 and 10 of the Dogger Bank Teesside A and B Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015.

Following consultation with relevant stakeholders the MMO has now completed its consideration of the request and, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(3)(d) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, has determined to make the variations as detailed in the attached documents:

A letter that transfers benefits of some compulsory acquisition rights within the Dogger Bank Teesside A&B Offshore Wind Farm Development Consent Order (DCO) between Dogger Bank C (Bizco 2) and Sofia Offshore Wind Farm (Bizco 3) via Article 8 of the DCO, was received by the Secretary of State on 20 July 2021, for his information (PDF, 149KB).
