24 February 2016 - Preliminary Meeting
ClosedThe Preliminary Meeting is being held to enable views to be put to the Examining Authority about the way in which the application is to be examined.
This meeting deals only with procedure, and not the merits of the application.
Shortly after the end of the Preliminary Meeting, Interested Parties will be sent a letter setting out matters such as the timetable for the examination and the Examining Authority's first set of written questions.
An audio recording and a note of the meeting will also be published on our website as soon as practicable after the meeting.

• Notification by interested parties of wish to make oral representations at the issue specific hearing on the draft Development Consent Order (DCO) to be held on 18 March 2016
• Notification by affected persons of wish to speak at a compulsory acquisition hearing
• Notification by interested parties of wish to speak at an open floor hearing
• Submissions from interested parties recommending locations or items for the itinerary for the accompanied site inspection on 17 March 2016
• Any further information requested by the ExA for this deadline
17 March 2016 - Site Visit (Accompanied)
ClosedA site inspection in the company of interested parties, taking in the project site and surrounding areas.
18 March 2016 - Issue Specific Hearing
ClosedIssue specific hearing on the draft Development Consent Order.

All parties should submit their full written case and supporting evidence at this stage, as any representations to be heard at a hearing should be based on RR or WR.
