We understand the need for more electricity....green electricity.....and we understand the continued use of off shore wind farms. We understand that this electricity has to be brought on shore somewhere on the coast. But we do NOT understand why it has to be brought on shore in an area of outstanding beauty, an area which is a big tourist spot with good economic benefits to the region. There must be brownfield sites which would not affect so many lives and do so much damage to the environment.
