I object to the planning of East Anglia Two Windfarm land site and the disregard for the local habitat of The Sandlings Heath. The A.O.N.B near Leiston is a very narrow neck of land and any disturbance along this stretch of land will prevent continuity for wildlife to exist. A.O.N.Bs are not designated lightly. They are a vital areas of our English landscape and as such should be highly regarded for the precious animal/bird life. You can't just tell a nightingale to go and nest elsewhere!! Along the path between Halfway Houses and Thorpeness are glow worms - a sight rarely seen in England due to diminishing habitat. Are we to let this creature die out in England? Also there is the problem of dust. Having lived at Crown Lodge on the Sizewell road for nearly 20yrs I know, even with windows closed, what it is like to experience dust filtering in through windows on a dry summer day. This will be exaggerated by land excavation for trenches to Friston.
