I am concerned about Sunnica's proposal to install solar panels in Newmarket for the following reasons: - It will cause severe damage to the local ecosystem. - It will cover productive arable land which should be used for this purpose. - It is likely that the production of the solar panels will rely upon the exploitation of Uighurs in China. I believe the UK should be doing more to pursue clean energy solutions, but these solar panels will not be effective as this part of the UK receives only 1,600 hours of sunlight per annum.
