  1. The proposed scheme will remove a substantial amount of acreage of good grade arable land from the food chain at a time when food from other sources is becoming more limited. The UK needs to be self sufficient. 2. The proposed scheme will change irrevocably a basically agricultural village community into an industrialised zone with the existing agricultural land becoming a substantial brown field site. 3. It is acknowledged that the proposed scheme takes up to 600 times the land to deliver the same amount of power as a local gas supply plant. 4. Inadequate attention has been taken in respect of the volatility of the battery energy storage plants and their proximity to surrounding villages and businesses. 5. The estimated output of the scheme in terms of megawattage has been questioned and calculations reveal that the rated power of the scheme is only one seventh of amount advised by Sunnica. 6. There are human rights abuses involved in the production of the solar panels and the carbon footprint is substantially affected by the delivery panels from across the world to the site.
