*Objection to removing good quality agricultural land from food production (forever) over to long term industrial type structures as large scale as this that cannot be reclaimed, if this land is not producing food both quality “grain and vegetable crops” they will have to be imported with a much higher cost and carbon footprint *The proposed batterie plant is not just for this site but to store electricity from the grid on a larger scale than was first indicated, with massive well documented risks to the residents in the immediate area * We will loose the access, beauty, wildlife, and outlook, to a fenced off industrial park that dose not fit in with the aesthetics and history of surrounding villages *No long term plan for decommissioning and removal of toxic waste from this site *No plan for enhancing the road networks to accommodate long term construction *high risk of toxic pollution to local residents of surrounding villages from fires in the battery plant (well documented of this scale) * going against self sufficient production of food this country needs with long term loss of quality agricultural land highlighted And exacerbated with the current situation of war between Russia and Ukraine * need to explore other brownfield options for the type of electricity production * these system are not as carbon neutral as indicated using material in construction that is toxic Regards Michael Spooner
