The size of this development suggests that it sits in 'uninhabited' land of little importance. This seems to have been because the grid is nearby, but also because of the risks of the batteries (fire); apparently fewer people at risk, fewer to object perhaps. The components appear to be coming from China, the profits from power going back to Sunnica, a Spanish firm. For an apparently green energy source, there seems to be a great deal of concrete, loss of wildlife habitat and possible permanent loss of farmland. Proof that this is a carbon neutral project has yet to be established. Main concern is the toxic battery fire risk, and noise from hum from these and other plant. This area already has a lot of high powered, risky equipment connected to the grid and this project, as I said at the start, seems to be overlaying where people live and their health; it is massively out of scale.
