- Little thought to the impact on the villages the solar farm will surround. - Construction period will cause havoc and cost the local councils thousands to rectify. - Road and byway damage. - Wildlife and habitat destruction. - The solar farms are a money making exercise, harvesting the energy and selling it back to the grid at a premium. - Recent electrical network developments involving Burwell Primary substation not thought about, for example the link between RAF Lakenheath. The proposed cable routes would interfere with the existing link. Sunnica would be at the mercy of the US Military.
