I have 2 main issues. Large scale solar farms on prime arable land is wasteful and short-sighted. There are many other energy generation options (even now) but very few alternatives for food production. Bullying and misleading tactics used by Sunnica. Briefly, this began with our being inundated with duplicated correspondence sent separately to me, my wife and "the occupier", all at the same address over a period of many months. Intimidating signs were planted outside our house asking "Do you know who owns this land?". Refusal to take No for an answer. Threatening compulsory purchase. Despite our refusing access, trespassing then lying, when confronted, about their having a section 272 order. Scaring off another company (Abbey) who wished to put a modest battery storage facility on our land. They were telephoned and told that Sunnica's planning consent (whenever they get it) would trump anyone else's, even if it is several years later, and the other company's consent would be revoked and they would lose everything.
