The consultation process provided by Sunnica has been inadequate. Information in the brochures, which have been delivered to households in the areas which will be impacted, has been particularly vague. Safety concerns due to the known hazards of the BESS units The Sunnica project is on far too large a scale for the area. The project will alter the character of large parts of the area from rural to industrial. Serious disruption to normal life during the building of the various sites. No benefits to local communities eg no employment enhancement. Loss of very productive farmland, loss of threatened wildlife eg hares, skylarks, otters. Loss of amenity providing support for good mental and physical health for local residents and visitors. Evidence that this project is not totally 'green'.
