I object to this project because: 1. It cannot claim to be 'green' because the gains of low cost energy will be negated by the destruction of very productive farm land and jobs. 2. The project is far too large and encroaches on local villages. 3. Battery storage systems of this size are a dangerous fire risk. 4. Connecting to the local grid at Burwell will require upheaval of main roads and villages over an extended period. 5. Excess heavy traffic flow during construction. 6. Provides no job opportunities for local workers. 7. Potential loss of significant wildlife habitats.
