I wish to put forward my objections to the afore mentioned Sunnica Solar and Battery Plant. The concerns I have for myself and young family are the size of the plant, the proximity to our village as well as the proximity to two American air bases. - I fully appreciate we need to look at other sources of sustainable energy, however there must be land available that is not so close to so many populated villages. - Fire risk with health and safety issues for local residents and children, would there be appropriately equipped fire safety facilities in the event of a large scale fire? - Proximity to 2 major American air bases, mindful of recent events in Ukraine would placing the largest energy plant in Europe exacerbate a threat of attack in this area? With a vast amount of land in the local area already used for housing it would be devastating for the local wildlife and countryside to be further affected. I request impartial and thorough consideration is given to the actual benefits this proposed energy plant.
