This project is poorly thought out. It will smother valuable agricultural land with solar panels to generate relatively small quantities of power in comparison to the loss of productive land. The local roads and land will be blocked as cables are laid to the National Grid several miles away in Burwell and, above all, a huge explosive risk to local villages will be created by massive storage batteries which have already proved unstable in other locations. Bottom line - this is a get rich scheme for a group of individuals who have already made it fortunes by climbing onto to the eco-energy bandwagon.
