The Agenda for the Compulsory Acquisition Hearing 2 (CAH2) on Thursday 22 June 2023 (PDF, 160KB) has been published.
As per the ExA’s procedural decisions in the letters dated 23 May [PD-016] (PDF, 151KB) and 30 May 2023 [PD-019] (PDF, 212KB), the ExA has requested notifications from additional Affected Persons (AP) and additional Interested Parties (IP), arising from the Applicant’s change request [AS-045 to AS-065] (PDF, 811KB) , if they wish to be heard at an Open Floor Hearing (OFH3). While the Rule 13 notification issued on 23 May 2023 [PD-016] (PDF, 151KB) provisionally sets the date and time for a further Open Floor Hearing (OFH3) (if required) on 21 June 2023, this will only be held if the ExA receives requests from additional APs and additional IPs. As the deadline for receiving requests from additional APs and IPs for the OFH3 is Deadline 6, Tuesday 20 June 2023, the ExA will confirm or cancel the OFH3 on 21 June 2023 as early as possible. Notification will be published here on Wednesday 21 June 2023, alongside an agenda if required.

The Examining Authority (ExA) has also issued their first written questions (WQ1). As stated at ISH1 and ISH2, the ExA has incorporated the post Hearing actions and other issues emerging at the Hearings in WQ1. As such there will be no further issue of post Hearing actions.
