Brown & Co act on behalf on numerous landowners impacted by the Scheme. I, Jonathan Rush, am one of the appointed members of the Land Agency Team in Norwich would is leading advice to our clients. Brown & Co is also part of the Land Interest Group, being a group of agents acting in concert to provide best representation to landowners. Brown & Co will make representations on behalf of its clients on the matters listed below, which is not exhaustive. Route design Construction methods, program and design Mitigation of damage to soils and landscape Mitigation of impact to landowners business Negotiations are ongoing and productive, however it is necessary to reserve the ability to make representations to PINS on relevant matters should direction be required
