A letter from the Examining Authority (PDF, 217KB) has been published on the National Infrastructure Planning website. The letter provides:


• Notification of the hearings for week commencing 20 January 2025

• Notification of the Examining Authority’s Procedural Decisions relating to Applicant’s Change Request including variation to the Examination Timetable.


Please note that due to an administrative error the notices says January 2024. This should read January 2025.


The Comments (relevant representations) from those who have registered to have their say on the Applicant’s proposed provision for the compulsory acquisition of additional land are now published.
