Essex County Council is a statutory consultee into this DCO proposal. ECC will make it's comments to PINS in detail as an integral part of the DCO consideration. ECC has commented previous on the Scoping Response, the stages of statutory and non statutory consultation, all of which are referred to within the applicants DCO submission. The first iteration of the same will be within our Local Impact Report which we will prepare alongside Tendring District Council, and which will follow to meet the deadlines as will be set out by PINS in due course.
