The proposed building of this plant will have an adverse effect on an already disadvantaged community, the nature reserve plays an important role in local recreation and also in the environmental education of local schools, the reduction in grazing land for horses will impact on the travelling community who have grazed horses here for hundreds of years and with the proposed destruction of their stables this could effect the welfare of the horses.
