This may (or may not) be a good project, but it is on the wrong site. There is no reason for this development to be situated on the nature reserve when there is a brownfield site on the other side of the proposed site which could be used instead. When I went to the open day at Belvedere Community Centre, the representatives from Cory were perfectly reasonable but none could explain why the site had to be on the reserve rather than the brownfield "Iron Mountain" site on the other side of the development. The current proposal undermines any green credentials in the project when there is an equally good brownfield option being disregarded for no clear reason.
