There are a number issues: 1. The area around the Cory site is a designated nature reserve which I have walked through many times and wondered at the diversity of the wild life. The proposal could jeopardise the eco system of the reserve. 2. The proposal will be another eye soar that the residents in the northern part of the borough would have to endure. 3. There are several more appropriate sites along the Thames such as the waste site in Essex opposite Erith. 4. The residents in the borough of Bexley get no compensation for the disruption etc., as with the waste incinerator and sewage works.
