Cory's plans will be built on what is now a nature reserve. Quite why an area (pr)reserved to foster natural habitats for the wildlife along the shores of the Thames in that area, and acts to soften the jarring industrial landscape of the area, is even being considered as fair game for this development defies belief. The wholly ludicrous and ironical idea of creating a carbon intensive construction process to capture carbon on an area already doing the same work naturally is not lost on me. Cory's plans are simply now welcome. We live in the area, including wildlife deserve something that enriches our lives and leisure. The loss of this reserve would be criminal.
