Our objections in relation to the whole project have been set out in letters dated 24th November 2023 and 12th June 2024 in great detail and with the benefit of Counsel. These objections run to many pages. Please let us have an email address to which we can send further copies of these letters. Our objections briefly summarised are that our clients property is required for the purposes of a family business and that the current planning application is flawed on environmental and other grounds.
