Not in a nature reserve! It seems to create a terrible precedent to propose taking a slice of a nature reserve for a hastily thought out scheme (the plan was for a data centre until last year, when perhaps it was realised that that had a slimmer chance of getting approval) when the UK government intends to increase the amount of protected land to 30% by 2030 https://www.gov.uk/government/news/pm-commits-to-protect-30-of-uk-land-in-boost-for-biodiversity. Also, the mitigation being offered seems like a sleight of hand rather than genuine compensation to the loss of habitat the plans would entail since it would make no difference to the effective reserve beyond changing ownership of part of it. Also, while it is good that Cory intend to decarbonise, it seems that they could use alternatives, perhaps not so conveniently.
