Please, please do not destroy such a vast area of beautiful farmland around my home. It is vital for my sanity and health. 10,000acres in total is excessive. This is the total acreage for the 4 proposed sites which are adjacent to each other. Beautiful, vital farmland is to be lost. Vital in that jobs and food supplies would be lost. Not only that, but the beautiful countryside essential to our wellbeing and to our leisure pursuits would be industrialised with ugly high solar panels with the building sites being 4 years in construction. This would destroy a vast area and the well being of a large number of people. The area includes sites of historic interest ,Coates and Stow and views from the B1398 which is classed as an area of Great Landscape Value. Please don’t risk lives with the world’s largest BESS being sited near Willingham. Place it on a brownfield site near the Grid connection.. I often feel that people who make these awful decisions regard Lincolnshire with disdain. I once heard it described by a Londoner who had never been here as ‘Nowhere Land’ and another as ‘boring’. These are the attitudes which I feel are being adopted or my beautiful home area would not be being destroyed in such a devastating manner.
