This is a totally inappropriate and stupid use of farm land which is currently in use feeding the population. It has been shown very clearly by current world wide events that we need to produce more of our own food rather than importing it from else where around the world with inherent damage the shipping of such has on the environment. The habitat destruction of this massive area would have is unacceptable in the extreme. Our animals and creatures have a right to life as well. What this will do to the local wildlife such as birds, badgers,deer, rabbits hares etc is incalculable. The wonderful views we have over the valley will also be totally destroyed. This amenity should also be proudly and rigorously defended for our children and their children too. There are better and more acceptable ways to produce the energy we require than destructive projects such as this. This project is designed to line the pockets of a few individuals who will benefit from this project and then move on to another one to make even more money for a few individuals who do not give a dam for the environment or for the opinions of others.
