I wish to register my opposition to the Cottam Solar Farm Project for the following reasons -- 1/ The loss of productive farm land at a time when food self-sufficiency is vitally important and advocated by Central Government. 2/Sheer size of the project and its impact on the local area. 3/Lack of joined-up thinking as to where Solar Panels are best placed i.e. Residential and Commercial rooves and not prime agricultural land. 4/Visual impact from Lincoln Cliff - marring a spectacular view across the Trent Valley.
