I am broadly in favour of this project and therefore hope you give it the go ahead. We have to do something about climate change, and reducing CO2 emissions, however small the reduction, has to be done. But I am concerned about lorry movements during construction. Green Lane - a grass track a mile east of Stow linking Ingham Road to Coates Lane - must not be trashed by allowing vehicles to use it. In addition there is no need to allow large commercial trucks to travel along small, unclassified minor country lanes. They should only be allowed on A or B roads - that is what these larger roads are designed for, even if they pass through villages.
