I consider it a massive misuse of agricultural land. First and foremost all new housing projects should include solar panels on the buildings in addition to commercial properties,brown sites,fair enough, as well as being very ugly, solar farms destroy wildlife habitat, and no doubt have they're own maintenance problems in addition to security issues. I move to a village to escape urbanisation, not to have it follow me. I cannot see a personal gain for me in the near future.
