Although I am not against the idea of solar panels, my opinion is that the whole of the Cottage and West Burton area is too big and will impact greatly on local infrastructure and the well being of residents living in the areas who will be surrounded by a sea of panels. Despite your reassurance I am still concerned for the wildlife and the agricultural value of the areas that will be full of panels. I have said this previously, but today my main objection is the formation of a new right of way just past the bends coming out of Stow. There is often accidents around those bends and to put the right of way there is ridiculous and not safe. From the plans it seems you will go south from this new track to join Ingham road. Why not just use Ingham Road for the whole length from the crossroads in Stow instead of tearing up yet another agricultural field. I also think your idea to bring a large load through Stow village is really bad idea. The bends near the church are not suitable for that type of transportation vehicles. You are causing damage and disruption to a quiet peaceful rural area of Lincolnshire.
