Thank you for the opportunity to register as an interested party on the following project. The Trust notes that a significant number of trees are located within the site boundary for this proposal, yet the applicants have not submitted an Arboricultural Impact Assessment to support this application. It is therefore difficult to assess the potential impact of the scheme on ancient/veteran trees which may be located on site. We ask that the applicants confirm the presence/absence of any ancient/veteran trees, and provide suitable arboricultural information to allow the Examining Authority to make an informed decision on the tree impacts proposed. We hope our comments are of use to you.
