I feel there are a huge number of issues this project brings up… Loss of farmland Loss of wildlife habitat Loss of countryside to enjoy for physical and mental health Disruption / access during construction Local housing losing value Huge, huge scale of project in such a small community Maintenance once installed Where will the power generated be going to? If not benefiting our local area then why should we be losing our countryside for it. Many people in our area (myself included) move to villages like this to enjoy the countryside. This project will take over all surrounding countryside to our little village, meaning people will have to travel to enjoy elsewhere. I fully support a need for renewable energy resources but this is too big and focused in the wrong area.
