This project is one of several that are being proposed within the region. These collectively will occupy a very significant area and will therefore impact the residents in terms of well-being by industrialising the land. These projects need to be evaluated and adjudicated on a collective basis and not as individual entities The Cottam Solar Project is one of 4 such proposed for the area I live in. The area covered is huge at approximately 10,000 acres. This will have a devastating impact on our region in terms of the level of permanent industrialisation, loss of habitat, loss of agricultural land use not to mention our quality of life. The impact of these 4 projects need to be addressed as a whole and not cut into separate segments. I object most earnestly to the procedure by which the Cottam project and its neighbouring ones are being adjudicated.
