My concerns are the use of prime agricultural land, in close proximity of a rural village, a blot on the landscape, the increased traffic during construction the flooding in the proposed area due to climate change ( two roads into Bishopton have been flooded regularly this last winter)The value of property would be reduced because of this development. What will happen to the quiet rule life we bought into.
