The country views will be lost spoiling the history and character of the whole area. The woodlands will be destroyed including habitats for wildlife, ponds etc. agricultural land will be lost impacting on food production and the livelyhood of farmers. Being so close to residential properties noise will effect the whole population in the area. The heavy site traffic will have a detrimental effect on the roads and properties. Property values will decrease.
