The horrendous visual effect and total destruction of the character of the area. Destruction of our wildlife habitats, including woodlands and ponds. The loss of agricultural land and food production. The irreversibility of a industrial plant back to natural land. Proximity to resident’s homes and our quiet village. The traffic generated and it’s effect on our roads and subsidence to property. Loss of value of our homes and 45 years minimum of facing an eyesore! Loss of peoples livelihoods.
