I strongly object to the proposed development. The development is situated too closed to the local school and community playground, which in the longer term this could have an impact on the children's , staff and local community members health and wellbeing and could also impact on the numbers on role at the local primary school. Apart from it being a complete eye sore and blot on the landscape, it would also have an impact on local wildlife, including destruction of wildlife habitats, e.g. ponds and woodlands. Which many of us enjoy and want to retain for many years to come. It would also no longer provide a tranquil area for leisure activities e.g dog walking, walking, horse riding, cycling as the environment will be blighted by the monstrous development. It could also have an impact on the accessibility to the village as the village already experiences significant flooding and with such development this could have further impact with water drainage. The development is too close to our idyllic village a reason why many of us have chosen to live here, many from childhood. Our area surrounding the village will become industrialised and this will not only potential have an impact of traffic congestion, in particularly during production, but could increase pollution rates. The traffic associated and generated with the development would have a negative impact on the local roads and impact property subsidence. There is also the potential that there would be a decrease in the value of our homes and a 45 year space of having to live within close proximity of an eyesore, which will significantly impact villagers anxieties, mental health and well-being. There will also be negative effects to peoples livelihoods. Not only is there the loss of good agricultural land for food production, but also the irreversibility of an industrial plant back to a natural environment. Further more for such a small village the impact of the cumulative effect of all the local solar farms, more than 2,600 acres, turns an area of beauty into an unacceptable industrial zone. Also it is unknown what living in very close proximinty such a sizeable development will have on peoples long term mental and physical health. Many residents have chosen to retire to, or stay in the village once retired due to its beauty, and tranquility. Such a development will prevent many of us from appreciating the beauty of our local community, because it will have been eradicated by this monstrosity.
