I strongly object to and do not agree with the proposed development. Having spent many a happy hour horse riding through the village and surrounding area, it concerns me deeply, the impact this development will have on the local community. It will be an eyesore and cause total destruction to the character of the conservation village and local area. Such a change will impact negatively on the health and wellbeing of the local residents, family members and visitors. We do not know what the long term effects of such a development would have upon the mental and physiological health of the local residents. Furthermore there will be significant destruction to the wooded areas and ponds for the wildlife habitats which could endanger many species. The impact of this development, would increase wear and tear to the local roads, increase pollution, devalue properties and there is also question to the safety of such industrial zones so close to rural villages. The development is sited too close to resident homes, local businesses and the local school which will impact upon the children's experience of school life and the community.
